Glenn’s owns and operates Petersen Marine Service in Baltimore. His company services the boating community of the Baltimore Harbor. The business evolved from his long career in complex industrial construction. From apprenticeship through project management, his hands on experience in nuclear and fossil fuel power generation instilled a work ethic of work done correctly the first time, safely and on budget.
These values are evident in the success of his business. 2 years ago he built a pump out boat as an additional service to his marine repair business. Shortly after operation of the pump out boat began, he saw a need that his business could not meet as just an additional service he provided. This is where the inception of a nonprofit business dedicated solely to pump out service and education of the boating community began.
Glenn and his wife reside in Baltimore and support the preservation of our boating resources.
